Make Your Own Bread


Now that fall has arrived with cooler weather, I got my bread book, Artisian Bread in 5 Minutes a day, out.
During the summer it was too hot to think about bread, but now that the tempatures are falling, today is in the 60's, I got in the mood to make bread.
I mixed up enough dough for 8 loaves of bread, it keeps up to two weeks in the frig.

Then I set it out to rise. After 2 hours you put it in the frig for at least three hours.Then bake.






Nothing much better than bread right out of the oven and of course we had to immediately cut a big slab and slatther it with butter

You know this bread is good for you, no additives, just the way bread is intended to be!
