Who Bee this Bee?

An unusual bee visited our gardens the other day. I ran to get the camera .
My husband graduated with a degree in Entomology from Purdue University and he couldnt find him in any of his books.

Who ever he bee, he certainly enjoyed the fruits of his labor.
