Noodles Part 2



Now you have to flour a pastry cloth, use a lot of flour.


Then begin rolling out the noodles

Keep going till they are very thin. Now let it rest for a few minutes to dry out some.



Then roll up so that cutting the noodles
is easier




Cut the noodles into thin strips.










Then you seperate them and let them dry for several hours. To finish, drop into boiling broth , either chicken or beef, and cook till done!
