Back Road Drive

Spring is the perfect time to go for a drive. One of my favorite back roads has 10 beautiful old barns on it. Now finding a barn that is not only beautiful, but has a beautiful setting is the hard part. Many old barns have a lot of stuff, or should I say, junk sitting around that ruins photos.

It is always amazing to me how persistant puppies can be. Now how many of us would take on something that is not twice our size, but 50 times our size?

Color only nature can make!

This Rhino beetle had the most incredible color but he was relucant to share himself with me.

We kept him over night so I could get a picture and when I got him set up , I got one picture when I heard him buzz away.

He was colorful and beautiful and now free again!

The Face of Nature

As you hike, if you keep your eyes open you will see the face of nature everywhere.
Here the twisted trunk had several faces.

What could be more fitting for Cinco de Mayo than Chihuahuas! This friend's dogs are always happy to do a shoot.
