I just got my copy of Canning & Preserving, a new book in the Popular Kitchen Series published by Bowtie Press and from the editors at Hobby Farms

It is a nice book all about preerving your bounty at its peak!

I fell in love with it years ago when I went to a friend's house and saw her mothers collection.
