Jean, I'll check it out but ever since I learned about the outstanding no knead artisan bread, I've been making that. And for years now every single Friday I make home made pizza with my own dough -- well, sometime in the summer it's just too hot but nearly every Friday is (homemade) pizza night for my hubby and me! :)
